Break!!

So today is thursday and we only have one more day left until break. but hopefully not. tonight we are expecting 6-11 inches of snow followed, in the morning, by freezing rain. hopefully the people who decide if we should go to school, realize that it will be too dangerous for the buses on the roads. everyone is saying that we wont have school tomorrow and i think that were going to jinx it. there are even teachers who gave us tomorrows homework thinking we wont have school tomorrow. i just hope that they're right.

One thing im not looking forward to in break is the big news pack mrs. b gaves us. we have to write down news stories for 16 days at 10 points a day. its 160 points. thats just as much as a test and way bigger than a news quiz. the hard part about these news things over break is remembering to do them. last time for thanksgiving break i forgot to do a day. so on the total score i got like 42/50. not the exact score i was looking for.

The most exciting thing im looking forward to is, ummmm DUHH, CHRISTMAS!!! well mostly. i just like the idea of being out of school and being able to hang out with my friends more.

Another thing i like about this time is the snow. yeah it sucks when u get it in your socks and when it gets your cloths wet, but when you look out christmas morning and see a fresh coat of snow ieing on your front lawn, it looks so peaceful.

my crappy phone

ok so the phone i have is definitely a piece of crap. i got it about a year ago for christmas. whats even worse is that its a pay as you go phone and my dad pays for it so i basically never have any minutes let on it. the only reason i like it is because it has a full keyboard. one bad thing though is that i drop maybe a little too much. on the inside screen its got about 3 big cracks in it. and theres this one spot near the bottom where theres no color its just a black spot.

i know im not gona get a new phone this and i really dont want one. the cracks in it sorta make it more mine. like it belongs to me.

anywayyy for christmas this year i want a new laptop beacasue the one i have right now is the slowest thing ever!! i told my dad and he just laughed. hes like that. kinda annoying but sometimes can be alright if hes in a good mood. and hes almost never in a good mood.

Thanksgiving

so this thursday is thanksgiving. not really all that exciting. this year were having thanksgiving at my house, which means my mom has been going on a frickin cleaning frenzy. so on thursday i have my grandparents coming over along with my two aunts and uncles. and that means im going to be bombarded with questions about what i want for christmas. ill just give my usual response, "i dont know... something good". one big tradition with my family and thanksiving is watching the lions game. last year i didnt watch it because there is really no point. im not guna watch this years game because the lions have no hope at all. my favorite part about thanksgiving is all the food. usually each family brings something to pass and i love munching on all the snacks and deserts.

Soccer Coaches

my soccer coaches are pretty freaking annoying. first of all we only have one real coach because the other two are not qualified to actually be our coach. and because i'm on the blue team (we have two teams, red is good, blue not so much) we get stuck with the crappy coaches. these two coaches pretend like they know what they are talking about but they really dont. like the other day... we were doing a drill and the two crappy coaches were trying to explain it to us and we kept telling them we thought it was wrong, but of course they know everything and said nope, its wrong. so later we switch the teams up and the other coach comes over and completelty yells at us for doing it wrong. were all like wtf! thats what we told them!! but the other coach isnt much better. yea hes the better coach and knows what hes talking about for most of the time. but for the majority of the time hes a real ass. he yells at us for no good reason. all he cares about is the red team. he works with them all the time, making them better and better. he never helps us get better, he just leaves us with the other two dumbasses.

SHS Basketball

SHS basketball tryouts were at the begining of last week. We had about 16 girls tryout and our coach said the team would have 12 or 13 players. On the first day of tryouts i forgot my physical so i wasnt allowed to play. i was so pissed. the coaches said it wouldnt affect if i made the team or not as long as i brought it the next day. but that didnt make me feel any better. but because i couldnt play the first day i sat and watched the other girls tryout. i guess it was good for me because i got to find out what we did at the tryouts before i actually did it. after two more days of tryouts i found out that i made the team. one downer bout basketball is that we have practice everyday after school... and on saturday. but not just saturday, saturday MORNINGS! the only day we get off is sunday and holidays. i dont mean to complain so much but im not use to so much practice right now. itll take me a while to get use to it. our team is pretty good and im looking forward to our games. our game times and locations can be found at the school website at

soccer

i have been playing soccer for about 9 years. i love my team and they mean the world to me. i have been playing with the team im at now for 4 years. last year we wernt the best team. you might even say we sucked. but we still had a fun time. we always pissed off our coaches just to the point where they wouldnt make us run. one time a girl on my team messing around and kicked the ball with no reason. the ball flies up and hits one of my coaches in the back of the head. he got so pissed at us and started screaming at us for no good reason. when he was done with his temper tantrum we all started cracking up. i have had so many good times with my team and have made such good friends

this is my first time i have been forced to blog. i dont really understand why we have to do this but my english teacher is making us. my teacher mr. fielder is a stange yet funny man. he will b talking to us and go off on a joke and no one will know if he is being serious or still joking. mr. fielder teaches global ed english. global ed combines english and history to help us learn more about sumthin. im not quite sure what exactly but my parents made me take it. my other global ed teacher is sooo annoying. she expects us to watch the news every night n then discus it in class. no one does except a few ppl. everday it feels like im gona fall asleep in that class but the minute we put our heads down she yells "WAKE UP!!!" hopefully shell let me sleep some day
